We had them clean our tile to the ceiling and down to the tub and regrout everywhere. This was June 2022. Looked fantastic, hadn’t looked that good in decades! This was done at a very competitive price. About a week ago I noticed several spots where the grout had come out and I left a message on the website. A day later I got a call from Tim the owner, who without hesitation, made a trip here 4 days later. He inspected the grout and spent two hours fixing areas that he noticed needed correction, not just the spots I had contacted him about. So, in less time than it would take most contractors to call, if at all, it was corrected without any excuses or grumbling. I would definitely use Tim’s company again should the need arise!

I have been looking for a good company for some time to clean and repair the grout in our shower. I am so glad that I went with this company! Ken did a fantastic job!! It looks brand new. Before he worked on it, it was discolored and cracked in a lot of places and I never thought they would be able to match the original grout but he did and it’s spot on.

Brandon did an excellent job with our grout and tile. It was extremely dirty, and it looks nearly new. Grout repair and caulking jobs were excellent. Very professional and resonable cost. Tim didn’t try to up sell me like another company did. They told me I had water damage behind my tiles in the bathtub and needed to take off the tiles to repair it but couldn’t show me any convincing evidence of it. I called Tim to discuss what they said. He told me that while he couldn’t guarentee there wasn’t water damage he didn’t see any evidence for it. I asked him why they would try to up sell me. He diplomatically said that a lot of companies don’t want to do small jobs they would rather do the more lucrative bigger jobs. I would highly recomend this company.

Estimating step was very detailed. The guy who did the work was very honest in advising me that I needed other expertise in solving an issue in one bathroom. And only charged me for work they were able to complete. The experience would have been perfect except I had do do some cleanup on the pathways. Wet sponges were left on my wood floors even though I supplied drop cloths – he deserves to be cut some slack as he worked very hard. I would suggest that the estimator do a follow up visit for quality control.

We had 4 companies try to sell us on a whole new bathroom design & remodel. They didn’t trust that we knew what we needed. Our bathroom was remodeled 5 yrs ago by professionals & some of shower floor tiles popped up. The Groutsmith came out, knew just what to do. He gave us a quote, we chatted for 20 minutes & he left. My husband & I had the same gut feeling about the man and we now have a nicer looking shower floor than was to begin with. So GLAD to have met the man & the company. So wonderful to deal with ! Sales people of the world, just bc we’re 70y.o. doesn’t mean we’re mentally incapable. Just means we are not able to do what we did when we were 30. My husband totally gutted our bathroom twice including ceramic tiles & new tub in our 45 yrs. here. Hubby even built the bathroom cabinet, frame around mirror & standing toilet cabinet to our needs. Overall, acceptable, good job 2. When asked to remove shoes at front door, the tile tech said he intended to put his shoes back on anyway; stepped into tub with outside shoes, leaving grit, dirt and possible scratches. 3. Not careful with items on marble vanity causing scratch claiming only his cell was there. 4. I would recommend either use cloth booties to protect homeowners’ home, or leave outside shoes at door as requested. 5. Tim was above-average in promptness and professionalism.

Tim came to our home to give us an estimate on cleaning our kitchen and bathroom tile and grout. We accepted his very fair estimate, and were pleased with how quickly the work could be completed. Groutsmith grouted my kitchen and changed the existing color of my bathroom grout with with a colored sealer. The kitchen grout project looks fantastic — no problems! However, there were some issues with the coverage of the color sealer and caulk job in the bathroom and it took approximately two weeks for Tim and another worker to return to fix these issues. The bathroom now looks like the kitchen–fantastic. Tim was polite, professional, punctual and honest. I will recommend Tim and his company to friends.

Tim did a great job with the replacement of an inset shower shelf that had broke. Looks good as new and you can never tell it was replaced. Also had him clean up the tile, seal it, clean grout, and do caulking. Shower looks great. I thought it was a bit pricey when he gave me the quote, but after seeing the results and the amount of time he spent, it was well worth it. He also gave us advice on how to clean and maintain the shower.

I was extremely happy with the work done by the Groutsmith, and I would highly recommend this company for any grout, caulking or tile repair work. I had a complex shower grout repair job, and other companies gave me really high bids. The Groutsmith’s bid was much lower, and the quality of the work was excellent. Tim was punctual, and got the job done on time. He also did some grout repair work in my mudroom, where the tile grout had cracked, and the tiles were making a squeaking noise. Again, the charge from Groutsmith was significantly lower, and the work was excellent. I may sound like a paid advertisement for Groutsmith, but I am really impressed with them and will use them again.
